Learnings from an Open Banking innovator

Last year, mymo by P&N Bank was one of the first Open Banking use cases launched by an Australian Bank. The app combines core banking data with Open Banking data to provide customers with a full financial overview, as well as the tools to manage their money. This year, BCU Bank launched a similar app for its customers – mymo by BCU Bank, also powered by Open Banking.

Chris Malcolm is General Manager Data, Analytics and Open Banking at P&N Group. In this video, he shares his experience and learnings from launching two Open Banking powered use cases for P&N Bank and BCU Bank customers. He talks about timing, use case selection, ROI, partner selection and more.
